Reservations DBA St. Martin Online, agents for the tour participants and its sub-agents,
assume no responsibility for the products and services provided by suppliers.
The written hotel agreement between supplier and the tour participant shall constitute
the sole contract between both parties. The agent and its sub-agents assume no
responsibility for any product or service that is overbooked by supplier and /
or not used by delay or transportation. All rates quoted are in USD and do not
include 5% government tax and 15% service charge. There is a minimum $50.00 rebooking,
reissue and / or cancellation fee per person / per product. SXM Reservations DBA
St Martin Online in additional to any cancellation / rebooking fees that may be
imposed by other travel suppliers. This voucher is non-endorsable, non-transferable,
and non-refundable. |
